Trapper’s is a neighborhood bar and restaurant located on Butternut Drive in East Syracuse, New York. Established in 2001, our focus is on making your favorite pub food really, really well. We have three separate dining areas, an outdoor patio bar in the Summer, and two beach volleyball courts with plenty of space for parking.
We also cater events and parties both on- and off-site. Thanks to our flexible a la carte menu, event hosts have control over food and beverage options, while our spacious outdoor area allows for plenty of activities, weather permitting. We believe that Trapper’s is the ideal spot to host a birthday, holiday, or grad party.
If there’s one thing we love more than pizza, it’s volleyball! In the Summer, Trapper’s is home to weeknight social and competitive volleyball leagues and tournaments. We also sponsor an annual Winter volleyball tournament every year! We have recently added a Juniors volleyball league that runs from mid-June to mid-August every year. Trapper’s also started a cornhole league in 2022 on Monday nights, which has seen great success.
In addition to volleyball, we feature live music from some of our favorite local Syracuse acts. We’ve also partnered with local small business Right Mind Syracuse to offer craft nights once a month.
